Marcelo Perez

The person behind the code

About Marcelo

Tailor-made development. Real results.

I'm Marcelo Perez, a full stack developer based in Asunción, Paraguay, with 5 years of experience building web applications, mobile apps, and automated systems for clients in Paraguay, across Latin America, and in the US. Every project is different — and I treat it that way. No off-the-shelf solutions: I analyze the context, the team, and the goals before writing a single line of code.

I work on one simple principle: what's agreed is what gets delivered. No surprises mid-project, no middlemen. From the first conversation to launch, you deal directly with me — which means faster decisions, fewer misunderstandings, and a final result that actually reflects what you needed.

I also help businesses keep pace with the technologies reshaping how work gets done — from automating repetitive tasks to integrating modern tools that do more with less. The goal isn't just to build software: it's to help you get more out of the resources you already have.

How I think

Values

Reliability is non-negotiable

I scope carefully, communicate proactively, and ship what I said I would. On time, without excuses.

Full stack, real depth

I work across the entire stack — not surface-level familiarity. From database schema to pixel-perfect UI.

Communication is part of the job

You shouldn't have to chase updates. I report proactively and keep everyone aligned throughout the project.

Right tool for the job

I don't have a favorite stack I force onto every project. The right technology is the one that solves your problem.

Tools of the trade

Tech stack

Technologies I work with regularly — not a resume-stuffing exercise.
